The location is perfect, very easy access to the beach, the view from the balcony facing the beach, balcony had decent furniture, the king bed was comfortable, nice curtains and blinds to keep the light out , and provide privacy, liked ceiling fans in living room & bed room, fridge/freezer/ice maker all worked great, the air conditioning worked great! Elevator was very fast!
Missing electrical outlet cover in kitchen, sharp tac nail things , I’m assuming where a picture used to be sticking out of the wall in the narrow hallway, very uncomfortable couch, living room rug could use a good cleaning, possibly all floors use a good cleaning ( bottoms of our feet were black when in condo ) indoor pool nice , but very cloudy

balcony, beach view, easy access to beach, kitchen, washer and dryer
Some lights didn't work, shower door needed repair, some pictures were falling off wall. thought parking was free, paid $65.
