the location was wonderful and i appreciate the gated access. the pools were very nice.

the elevators were extremely slow and the balcony furniture needs updated

The location was perfect for my family. My son loves to fish and it was within walking distance to the pier where he spent most of his time. The view was beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had and followed up with me all week to ensure I had everything I needed. There was not a pool code on my list and I texted asking for it and within 5 minutes a code was sent to me. I never had an issue with parking or hearing our neighbors.

There was not much that I can complain about with my stay. One of the elevators was down when we first arrived on Sunday but I believe it was working by Monday evening no later than Tuesday morning. The outside pool was green when we arrived on Sunday but someone was there working on it first thing Monday morning getting it back to clear.

I liked how quiet and calm everything was. Everything was clean, inside the condo and outside.

There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like.

The location is great! Pool was fabulous!

Needs to dust the ceiling fans and corners of ceiling. Possibly mold on ceiling in the bathroom. Sheets kept coming off the bed needs deep pocket sheets for bed. Elevators stunk bad.
