Awkward door locks. No welcome guide. Some areas need attention to cleanliness.

Well positioned well equipped apartment, well furnished and love the log burner, so cosy!

Fabulous location for the town, very quick communication from David, lighting the log burner for our arrival was a lovely touch!

En suite bathroom open plan to the bedroom, no toilet privacy! Could do with more drinks glasses! Key box was tricky to open.

The bedrooms were a little colder, however I turned the heating on via the boiler as it was off and with use of the thermostat.

Great apartment, in a fantastic location. The owner was really quick to respond to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The apartment had everything you would need. Will definitely stay again when we are next in Cheltenham

Host was responsive, the home was incredibly unique and made our stay very memorable. A cheery fire in the wood stove was going upon our arrival which made the welcome warm… literally! Would absolutely love to book this home again.

Distance between parking at front yet enter at back is a walk & tricky when unloading belongings in rain & darkness. Access is not straightforward but manageable.

Nothing dirty toilets beds stinking toilet I rang owner explained concerns over cleanliness he said wee on toilet see was his and he had to rush to get lavish apartment ready took Photos time lined I then rang to relay my concerns to the response of well i was rushing due to quick booking he said wee on toilet was his I disclosed which I should not of had to that I'm dying of liver failure been at hospital all day wanted to treat myself and I checked prior to booking that check was until 11pm I demand a full refund and have consulted my private lawyer to assist me in this matter I have given owner photos messages to no reply please pass on to lavish 2 bed apartment owner for 200 it's awful

Lovely quirky flat with good facilities and easy walk into town.

Loved this very quirky flat which was in a great location for walking into town. Host was responsive and arranged the parking permit - we never used the car once we parked up.

A unique place to stay in the heart of Cheltenham

It’s unique and unusual in a great way. Log burner was great. Everything really comfortable. Great location. Beautifully converted/decorated.

Not having a residents’ parking permit to cover us until checkout time on the last day. We could only find three mugs!!! One of us had to drink our coffee out of a ramekin 🤣

Excellent location close to town! Loved the features. Has been lovingly refurbished with great character. Having a log burner was a bonus!

The property is well presented and in an ideal location to explore Cheltenham. The conversion is completed to a high standard and the apartment is well equipped.

On our visit the apartment smelt heavily of damp. A pungent air freshener was being used to mask the smell. The mixture was nauseating and unpleasant. The two sleeping areas had no direct form of ventilation with the one opening window in the second bedroom being padlocked. The result was us choosing to leave early and find alternative accommodation.

We LOVED this apartment, the character, the location, so interesting!

So much character preserved, very interesting. Loved all the original features, the exposed brickwork, the fire place, the bath tub placement is so cool too.

Couldn't find a bin anywhere in the kitchen, for our rubbish. But apart from that it was fabulous.
