Located on the second floor of a beautiful Regency apartment building overlooking Montpellier Gardens, this stylish two bedroom apartment places you in one of Cheltenham's most sought after locations. Situated just moments from The Promenade, you will find the town's renowned restaurants, boutique shops, bars, cafes and festivals right on your doorstep.
Montpellier Gardens is home to many of Cheltenham's most celebrated events throughout the year, including the Cheltenham Literature Festival, Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Cheltenham Science Festival and Cheltenham Music Festival. Staying here allows you to enjoy these world famous events just moments from your front door, whilst also being perfectly positioned to explore the wider town and the beautiful Cotswolds.
The apartment is accessed via a communal entrance and staircase leading to the top floor. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a central hallway which provides access to all rooms.

This comfortable living space features a dining table seating up to six guests, comfortable sofas seating four, and a Smart TV with access to live television as well as your own streaming services.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay, including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and espresso coffee machine.
At the rear of the apartment are two peaceful bedrooms, tucked away from the bustle of the town centre. The principal bedroom features a king size bed, wardrobes and a dressing table. The second bedroom offers a small four foot double bed, dressing table and hanging rail for clothes storage. The stylish bathroom includes a bath with shower over.
For parking, we can arrange up to two permits for on-street parking in the local area for 5GBP per night per car.
