Facilité d’accès et bonne communication avec le gérant
Mention de stationnement disponible dans l’annonce mais le stationnement est dans la rue, dans un quartier plus ou moins fiable. Aucune place de disponible à notre arrivée et même plus tard dans la soirée. Nous avons dû payer un stationnement pour la nuit.
Aucune mention de la taxe de tourisme à payer, 12 euros. Nous le dit à notre arrivée et le demande en argent comptant.

Convenience.
We met lots of lovely people close by.
Comfortable, clean and tidy.
Someone in one of the rooms was a smoker so it always smelled like smoke.
We were not used to looking for carved names on buildings. We were looking for signs. (Not your fault. nothing you can do about that )

The location is fine. Tv is with open Netflix account. Good wi-fi. It was clean. There was spices in kitchen which you can use. Host allowed us to leave our luggage in the living room after check-out.
Early check-out at 10AM. No heating in the bathroom. Overpriced local city tax (6 € per person per night).
