Superb

The apartment was bright, and had everything that we needed. The location was very close to Ostia antica and many beautiful beaches. We liked being able to have a wonderful grocery store in walking distance.

Superb

The owner sent excellent directions (including a video) to help find the keys for the apartment. One of us needed to search for the key box while the other was waiting in the car because you need the key to enter and to leave the secured parking area. Once we figured that out, we were fine. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and quiet. The host was extremely helpful and available for our questions whenever we called. We had a wonderful dinner at a nearby restaurant thanks to his recommendation. The apartment was convenient for us because we had a morning flight out of FCO. We would gladly return.

In case you plan to use the kitchen to prepare full meals, be aware that it is not fully equipped. Kitchen utensils and cookware are limited, there are no dishtowels available.

Easy apartment very close to the airport.

Keys were in a locker that we could access also after check-in hours. It was a bit of a challenge to find the right apartment in the house but after a while we figured (instructions would have been helpul). Apartment is very close to the airport which makes it easy if you have an early flight out of the city. Apartment was clean.

The owner texted me on the day of arrival very early if we wanted an extra bed in the same bedroom or the sofabed in the other room prepared. Once we replied that we wanted the sofabed for the third person they had already prepared the extra bed in the bedroom and we couldn't change it anymore. This was unfortunate as it was my mother travelling with us and we had taken this place just for the extra room and the sofabed. This late communication was a bit unfortunate. There was a very persistent smell from a room diffuser.

bathroom shower needs thorough cleaning …mold on tiles!! and the AC is only in living room so it needs to be on for a long time so you can feel it in the bedroom although the ir a dishwashing machine utensils int the kitchen were not very cleaned

Non ho trovato le istruzioni per il riscaldamento (caldaia) e purtroppo in camera non presente il condizionatore a pompa di calore. Problema però mio, che dovevo chiedere esplicitamente.
