A small thing: the dishwasher needs a service as the water did not drain properly.

I had all my grooms stay the night before my wedding, using the house to get ready a take photos was perfect. 3 bathrooms also made this process quiet and easy. Cafes, pubs and shopping were only a 5min walk away. This house truey met all our needs

On a positive note, the beds were extremely comfortable and warm, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious, clean, and very well presented.

We were a little disappointed with the general upkeep of the outdoor areas, as there were quite a lot of leaves and spider webs around the exterior of the property and veranda. The BBQ also appeared rusted and did not seem to have been cleaned for quite some time. Unfortunately, the lights on both the back veranda and front porch were not working, which made entering the property at night difficult and made the stairs to the back veranda somewhat hazardous in the dark. We were also unable to access the front door, as it had a digital lock but no code was provided, so we had to use the back entrance for the duration of our stay. A few other things we noticed were that there were no dishwasher tablets or powder supplied, and a number of light switches throughout the house either did not work or did not appear connected to anything. During our stay, the handle on the upstairs bathroom shower also came off. We also found the bedside lamps in the bedrooms to be extremely bright, particularly at night. For future guests, it would also be a lovely touch to have firewood supplied, a few more kitchen condiments available, and perhaps a welcome note or small regional gift from Orange, such as a bottle of local wine, to make the stay feel even more welcoming and special.
