Excellent location within walking distance of the main street, cafes & restaurants. Spacious layout with plenty of bedrooms, TVs & bathrooms for a large group. The firepit was great to sit around at night (we supplied our own wood) Property mgt team were very friendly, responsive and proactive in resolving concerns. When central heating failed, we had new heaters provided within 2hrs :)
Kitchen could be better equipped & a guest info guide would be helpful. While we experienced a couple of maintenance issues during our stay, these were addressed promptly by the management team who were genuinely appreciative of the feedback and committed to resolving them. Overall we’d recommend this property for families or large groups visiting Orange.
