Ascenseur. Studio correctement équipé sur le plan ménager; vaisselle ordinaire. Couchage satisfaisant (mais draps très froissés et lit à refaire à l'arrivée.)
Immeuble en cours de restauration des façades donc balcon impraticable,jonché de gravas, escaliers installés en façade avec passage constant des ouvriers: impossible d'ouvrir les volets matin et soir pour recevoir lumière naturelle ou air frais. Cabine de douche très petite "et vieillissante"avec évacuation défectueuse donc bac toujours prêt à déborder. Canapé très inconfortable. Pas de sac poubelle. Pas de torchon de cuisine.
