L’espace extérieur comme un balcon mais en rée de chaussé : dommage que le nettoyage de cet endroit n’était pas fait.
Le logement est calme aucun bruit de voiture : uniquement le bruit du voisinage
Obligé de s’y rendre à pied. Heureusement, certaines rues plutôt proches ( environ 250 mètres) sont en stationnement gratuit.
La cours extérieur et les grandes baies vitrées coulissantes plutôt sales. Sinon le reste de l’application était très correct .

Das Studio ist mit allen möglichen Geräten ausgerüstet, falls man diese braucht: Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Herd, Waschmaschine, Heizung usw. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man wohnt in der Altstadt und innert fünf Minuten kann man mehrere Restaurants erreichen. Busanschluss fünf Minuten entfernt, Bahnhof fünfzehn Minuten.
Technisch bin ich etwas ungeschickt. Antonio hat mir bei der Schlüsselübergabe geholfen, weil ich mit dem grauen Kästchen nichts anfangen konnte. Auf den Fernseher musste ich verzichten, ich schaffte es nicht, ein Programm einzustellen. Das System ist zu kompliziert. Hingehen funktionierte mein Laptop ausgezeichnet.

Great location, 10 minute walk from the station and seconds from the canal, but very quiet and peaceful.
Outside space was a bonus.
Reasonably well equipped.
Comfortable bed.
The apartment stank of stale cigarette smoke. It smelt like people had been smoking in there for years. I tried to air it out, but I could smell it every time I went back to the apartment.
Dust on the surfaces, hair on the floor. Bedding looked clean, but smelt musty.
Light in the bathroom did not work.
No bread knife, corkscrew or wine glasses- in France!
