La ubicación buena. El edificio por fuera da un poco de miedom
Necesita una pequeña reforma, muy antiguo. Dejaron comida en el congelador y en el armario, yo lo quitaría. Le falta restaurar la fachada y cambiar la puerta de entrada que está mal.

L’emplacement
Juste un petit détail : Nous n’avions pas la marque de la cafetière. Il n’y avait que 2 dosettes.

L'emplacement est top. Le propriétaire est arrangeant. L'accès est facile.
La propreté était approximative, le balcon n'est pas vraiment utilisable car très étroit et sale. L'appartement est situé sur un boulevard très bruyant avec les fenêtres ouvertes, beaucoup de circulation. Les équipements sont à revoir car il manque pas mal de vaisselles et accessoires.
