S’ha de tenir en compte que és un tercer sense ascensor. No hem tingut cap contacte amb la propietària, tot ha estat per mail i no hem rebut resposta quan hem enviat una consulta.

Ubicación, fácil aparcamiento, bien sofá, bien TV, cama cómoda, bien aire acondicionado, sólo en salón, luminoso
Falta de armarios, pocas perchas, interruptores a reparar, desagüe lavabo no corre bien, campana extractora no muy limpia, no lavadora, no lavavajillas, escalera ( no ascensor, ya lo sabíamos ), olor

I really liked the location. The apartment was a good size, and the rooftop was a nice bonus.
The apartment's finishing touches were a bit dated. Stairs are a little bit of a challenge and the heat can be a little troublesome since there is no AC only fans to cool you down. Apartment was a little dirty too.
