Spokojna okolica, blisko terenów zielonych, do ścieżki rekreacyjno-spacerowej nad Łabuńką 5 min piechotą, do zalewu 15 min piechotą. Do Rynku można dojść w 10 min a sklep spożywczy jest pod blokiem. Łatwe zameldowanie, jest możliwość otrzymania kodów do wejścia i skrytki na klucze smsem. Mieszkanie czyste, kompaktowe ale wszystko jest. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona z blatem kuchennym typu wyspa przy którym można zjeść posiłek. Kuchenka mikrofalowa byłaby wisienką na torcie. WiFi działa, dużo kanałów w TV. Dużym plusem jest miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym.
Materac był dla mnie zbyt miękki. Przełącznik prysznica przy wannie trochę ciężko chodzi.

Super lokalizacja , lepszej nie można było sobie wymarzyć . Spacerem do rynku 6 minut, nad "wodę " na lokalne kompielisko 10 min . Z żoną jesteśmy b.zadowoloeni. Pozdrawiam
