Niewielkie mieszkanko, idealne dla jednej lub dwóch osób na kilka dni. Znakomicie wyposażone, zarówno w akcesoria (naczynia, parasolka, chusteczki higieniczne) jak i artykuły takie jak lawa, herbata, sól czy przyprawy. Dobra lokalizacja, nie w samym centrum, ale w niewielkiej odległości. Pod blokiem spory sklep spożywczy, w pobliżu ryneczek ze świeżymi produktami, nieco dalej galeria handlowa.
