Było głośno, jednak lokalizacja blisko głównej ulicy przelotowej Zamościa.

dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, w miarę blisko centrum.
mało zachęcająca klatka, drzwi przy samych schodach i każdy kto wchodził do bloku potykał się o wycieraczkę. Słychać non stop sąsiadów z góry oraz z na przeciwka, plus wszystkie odgłosy z klatki i wejścia. Mikro toaleta- dla osób powyżej 180 cm ciężko z niej korzystać. Co do sypialni to położona przy samym rondzie, mega głośna i jasna. Słychać non stop samochody, tiry, śmieciarki i karetki. Nie da się zasłonić zasłon aby trochę wyciszyć i zaciemnić pomieszczenie.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, kosmetyki, herbata, kawa z ekspresu, sól, cukier. Super lokalizacja, blisko Stare Miasto ale też sklepy. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie.
