A magical experience at hous bojana!

A magical experience at hous bojana. Let's start with the fact that what you see in the pictures does match reality and even more. The cabin is super clean, there is a cute kitchen on the ground floor, a living room, dining area and a fireplace that is used in winter. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, one has a bunk bed and a single bed and the other room has two single beds. There is a nice balcony, two swings and a barbecue. The owners of the cabin are super hospitable and happy to help. We stayed in the cabin for 4 nights, 5 people during August 2025. Nearby, a few hundred meters away, there is also a super Voli. Thank you for the perfect hospitality, Primo family.

wonderful experience

The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind. We had a special situation, and they showed great understanding and flexibility—we truly appreciated their humane approach. The house is very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything a family might need. It's just a 5-minute drive from Crno Jezero, making the location ideal for those with a car—close to nature and the town center, yet peaceful and away from the noise and crowds. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the serene view of the forest from the apartment’s veranda, the cows calmly grazing just a few dozen meters away (the hosts have a small farm, but there was absolutely no unpleasant smell), and the charming swings in the yard. Although the air conditioner is located only on the first floor, we didn’t need to use it—even with outdoor temperatures reaching 28–30°C. Overall, a wonderful experience that made us feel at home in the heart of nature.

Kind and pleasant stay. Best apartment ever!

The best apartment and host possible! We felt like we were at home. The host and his mum were really kind and pleasant. Anything you need, they are at the next door. Even though they don't speak English, the communication was fluent using Google translator. We totally recommend staying at home Bojana!

Great host and wonderful natural surrounding!

The chalet is immaculately clean. The environment peaceful; I can't remember when/where I have had such a quality sleep in my entire life as at this place. The hosts are wonderful people. We would come bac for sure!

Exceptional

The accommodation is very nice, it's all recently renovated and amenities are great. The hosts are wonderful friendly people. We were 2 couples and had an amazing time here, there is a great view of the stars at night as well. All in all, I totally recommend this place!

Séjour au calme dans une maison très propre.

Maison très propre, bien équipée, bonne literie. Une hôte qui ne parle pas anglais mais qui arrive à se faire comprendre et qui vous gâte de petites attentions régulières.

Les aboiements de chien la nuit, même s’ils sont bien atténués avec les fenêtres fermées. Légèrement éloigné du centre de Zabljak (environ 3km) qui est un avantage niveau sonore mais qui oblige à prendre la voiture et à payer le parking au départ des randonnées ou bien pour faire ses courses.

Sfeervol & relaxed

Leuk en sfeervol houten huis in een rustige omgeving, net buiten het centrum van Zabljak. Het ligt achter de woning van de eigenaresse. Zij spreekt geen Engels, maar weet toch alles duidelijk uit te leggen bij aankomst. Je kijkt vanaf het huisje prachtig uit over de omgeving, die bosrijk is. Er is een kippenren met wat kippen en een haan. Wij ontvingen wat verse eitjes tijdens ons verblijf. Je kunt aan de achterzijde heerlijk zitten op een terras of relaxen op 2 schommels. Vanaf de accommodatie ben je zo in het centrum voor wat boodschappen of restaurants (5 minuten rijden) en het Zwarte Meer is ook niet ver (5 minuten rijden van het centrum).

Er zijn in de omgeving wat honden die 's nachts met elkaar communiceren door te blaffen.

Una monada

La cabaña es una monada, es tranquilidad absoluta, no esta aislada aunque en la foto lo parezca, tiene una cabaña justo al lado igual y la casa de los dueños, pero en la porche trasero es todo tranquilidad. La señora nos trajo huevos de sus gallinas y le hicimos una tortilla de patata que le encanto!!

Los vecinos tienen perros que ladran bastante de noche pero bueno se puede dormir igual. Falta algo de utensilios de cocina como unas tijeras, algun cuchillo para el pan, tostadora… pero te apañas.

Geweldig!

Heel knus en gezellig houten huisje met een geweldig terras en uitzicht, helemaal in het groen. Geen grote luxe maar toch was alles aanwezig, op die locatie heb je echt niet meer nodig. Heel lief dametje die ons vlees en eitjes heeft gebracht. Ze is ook speciaal voor ons een koffiemachine gaan halen omdat we hadden gevraagd of er eentje aanwezig was in het huisje. We hebben echt enorm van ons verblijf genoten na de drukte van Kotor. Ook een prima uitvalsbasis om alle bezienswaardigheden te doen in Durmitor Nationaal Park.

Weinig op aan te merken. Voor ons was alles prima.

Super domek w pięknej okolicy

Domek jest bardzo wygodny, przestronny, dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo przyjemnie spędzać w nim czas, ma wszystko co potrzebne także podczas dłuższego pobytu. Wszystko jest w zasadzie nowe, utrzymane w nienagannym porządku i czystości. Wielką zaletą była dla nas jego położenie - trochę na uboczu, choć oczywiście wciąż blisko Žabljaka i Durmitoru. Miejsce jest ciche, bardzo spokojne, otoczone lasem, w przeciwieństwie do bezpośredniego otoczenia Žabljaka jest tu mało zabudowy - tylko dom gospodarzy i jeszcze jedna czy dwie zagrody lokalnych mieszkańców. Doskonale tu wypoczęliśmy, jest to świetna baza do zwiedzania okolicy. Wielkim plusem są też bardzo mili i troskliwi gospodarze, bardzo dziękujemy za udany pobyt! Serdecznie wszystkim polecam, chętnie tu jeszcze kiedyś wrócimy.

Voor 2 nachten prima, volgende keer toch iets met meer uitzicht, en minder honden.

Rustig huisje, alles schoon en voldoende bestek etc. Was moeilijk te vinden. Keek uit op bomen, en lag iets afgelegen van Zabljak. Kregen van de vriendelijke eigenaar eieren, en de volgende dag zelfs eigengemaakte goulash en prosciutto.

Was erg lastig te vinden, na bellen met de eigenaar was het lastig communiceren omdat ze alleen via Google translate konden praten. Voor een rustige nacht kon je wel eens veel last hebben van de vele honden in de buurt die ( bij ons dan) de hele nacht blaften. Na melding te hebben gemaakt hebben de eigenaressen wel 1 hond ergens anders heen gebracht. Dus de tweede na het ging beter.

Un petit coin de paradis!

Tout était parfait : l’accueil des hôtes adorables (notre fille a été malade et ils ont été très réactifs et aidants), le calme, le paysage, la propreté, les équipements, le confort, les œufs délicieux !
