Emplacement , la fraîcheur du lieu alors que les températures extérieures avaient grimpé. Le matériel mis à disposition.La petite clé a été à l’écoute bien aimable .Linge propre .

Une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre pour dormir ( c’est une vieille bâtisse en pierre )moins facile pour la respiration quand on a une sensibilité. La chambre donne sur la rue . Les vitrages ne sont pas suffisants .

La localisation de l'appartement. Son côté fonctionnel. La disponibilité et la souplesse de la conciergerie pour récupérer les clefs.

Pas toujours facile de bien lire les numéros de la boite à clefs quand on arrive de nuit.

Location was perfect - so central, everything was close. The street was usually quiet despite the central location. Due to age of the property , it held great character. The property itself was clean and spacious.

The lack of help from the agents/caretakers (Le Petit Cle) when we had issues. The washing machine did not work ( the 'on' or 'off' switches did not depress) and going by the comments in the visitor's book, there were issues with it since April 2024, over a year before! The suggestions by the agents (by text only, no calls) showed no understanding of the problem and they just abandoned it without sending anyone around. Wors was the toaster caused the fuse board to trip and as it was the weekend, the agents were not available. We were without electricity for most of a day and had to figure out the dual reset of this particular board, with the help of a kind neighbour. There are three keys to access the property which behave differently and have to be 'negotiated' at times. One key stuck on one occasion and again, the agents did "not understand the problem" and we had to sort it ourselves. Sending somone around seems out of the question but funnily enough, someone was there before the departure time on the day we were leaving, looking for the keys. They had no identification so I had to ask for proof they were who they said they were. Problems happen but we would expect there would be practical support available, including at weekends, as problems can happen at any time. Due to our experience, we would not return to this property, unless there are more professional 'caretakers' in charge.
