The advantages of this apartment are calm, comfort and location.
A -500m from shops, transport, the port and the train station, you can fully enjoy the city of La Rochelle.

You will be suddenly seduced by my charming apartment which has just been renovated. Ideally located in hyper-historic center, less than 500m from the main public transport (station, bus ...).
In the immediate vicinity you will find all the shops and restaurants you may need. Whether for leisure or business trips its location is the perfect place to easily visit the city center of La Rochelle. I tried to think of everything for your stay.
Convenient :
- arrival between 15h and 19h (do not hesitate to contact me if you want to arrive at another time)
- departure before 11:00
Comfort:
- the building is secure (access with badge)
- equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee pod, hotplates, pots, dishes ...) and provided (salt, pepper, oil, coffee)
- Wireless

Geographic location :
- 500m from the station and any other transport: bus, boat
- in direct access: Monoprix, bars, restaurants, university hospital, city hall, port, aquarium
Parking and access:
- not accessible to people with disabilities (Apartment 3rd)
- less than 500m from transport (Bus, Metro, Tram)
- paid parking in the street
- 500m from the Place de Verdun car park (paying)
- -1km from the Esplanade parking (part of the parking is free)
I speak english.

The accommodation is non-smoking (for smokers, you have a courtyard on the ground floor)

Wonderful little nook apt in a beautiful backdrop of old LaRochelle. I would rebook but the steamy hot weather could use a ceiling fan or some way to stay cool at night. This is a 3 floor walk up and the heat rises! Can definitely hear the noise of the clubs all congregating and if you are older and looking for peace and quiet - this specific location is not for everyone.. but I loved it.

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement très bien situé au centre de La Rochelle. Le logement est très bien équipé et est fidèle à la description.
Je le recommande pour un couple qui souhaite profiter de la ville à pieds.

This is a lovely little studio apartment, well appointed and well located in the seaside town of La Rochelle. It had everything I needed, included a generous amount of coffee, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash to get you started. I would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling alone or a couple.
