Volpaia is a beautiful village, but you need a car

Everything was amazing. From the moment we were personally greeted and shown to our room we were impressed. The grounds are stunning, full of old world charm but with all the creature comforts you’d expect from such a property. We are at all four restaurants and drank the wine - the quality was exceptional. We also loved spending quiet time on the grounds which are so special.

The location, in the village of Volpaia, is excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Big thanks to Martina in the restaurant for your excellent service. Good that they have private car parking for residents. Netflix TV was a bonus.
