Better prisons that this place!- dirty, smelt of mould, really poor communication from the host.

Not a great deal. The thing that attracted us to stay was the price and the locality to Geneva. It had the two rooms we needed and somewhere to park. This is about as generous as I can be!

The apartment was based in a very poor part of town. When we arrived there was a notice on the shower door to say " please do not use as it floods the lounge". This was very true as there was water damage downstairs, all sofa and the ceiling had been patched up. The apartment also smelt of mould due to the damage from the water leak. We felt it was not safe for our health to stay for our full stay so had to find another place to stay. The host did not want to hear our complaint and has stopped communicating with us. Glad we moved as the beds were dirty, the pillows were covered in stains and after one nights sleep we were covered in bites, to top it all off, we found a bra left by a previous occupant in the drawers. Conditions not even fit for a prison let alone an apartment advertised via Booking.com. We have had very poor customer service back from Booking.com that will not compensate us despite us only staying for 1 out of 3 nights. Not a great experience at all. Avoid!

- El estractor no está instalado, así que no funciona. - No hay aire ni ventilador. Hemos estado alojados 1 semana a más de 35°. - Solo hay 3 vasos cuando éramos 4 inquilinos. Falta de material. - Un cajón del baño de abajo estaba roto al llegar y ahora la amfitriona intenta echarnos la culpa amenazando que hemos sido nosotros cuando nos lo encontramos así y ni lo tocamos. - Falta de higiene en todo el apartamento. - La ducha de arriba no funciona. - En el anuncio se informa de parking gratuito pero no es verdad. No hay parking gratuito cercano. - La ropa de cama no está preparada para el verano. Edredones en pleno verano. - Sábanas sucias y quemadas con cigarrillo. - En una de las camas había chinches. - Camas incómodas, terminamos con dolor de lumbares. - Todo el apartamento huele a humedad ya que hay una infiltración que viene de la ducha de arriba. Pagamos por el servicio de 2 baños y solo funcionaba 1 ducha. -Check-in lento, difícil de encontrar el apartamento ya que no está bien indicado y la amfitriona no ayuda mucho para encontrarlo. - Difícil acceso a la parte superior con escaleras muy peligrosas. - El pasamanos para acceder a la parte superior es una barra de cortina enganchada que se dobla y es muy peligroso ya que puede romperse. - En la hora del checkout se nos amenazó de cobrarnos un mueble que ya estaba roto cuando llegamos. La comunicación ha sido muy mala y con poca educación.

Je déconseille tant que pas d’amélioration.

Nous avons appréciés le calme de l’endroit.

Les serviettes avec des taches ou de la javel c’est clairement inadmissible. Les volets sont anciens du coup dès le lever du jour mon bébé était réveillé donc un weekend pas du tout reposant. L’emplacement n’était pas apprécier : petite impasse oû il n’y a aucune place de stationnement. La barre des escaliers est une tringle à rideau (je félicite l’imagination) complètement cassé impossible de se tenir dessus en sachant que les escaliers sont très raide tout ça en devant porter un enfant. L’odeur de renfermer en entrant dans le logement est horrible. Honnêtement j’ai voulu tenter la location au lieu de prendre un hôtel pour une fois mais je penses que ça n’arrivera plus c’était vraiment pas pour moi
