Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling communication. Not a single one of my messages was acknowledged, let alone answered. The complete disregard for guests is shocking, and I would strongly advise against booking this property. A dreadful and unacceptable experience from start to finish.

Good flat, inattentive host.

The flat was very clean, spacious, very well equipped. Great TV and WiFi in place. A few bits need some TLC but nothing to complain a out.

Sadly the communication with host were problematic. Whilst initial communication was good, the photos for finding the external door key did not come through and it took a day before we managed to get these. We were lucky that the door remained unlatched or we'd seriously struggle to get in. Also - we booked for two adults and two teenage boys, counting on the sofa bed but we did not receive beddings for it and host said it won't be possible on the day. Luckily we have family around we could source some from. In short - flat totally met our expectations but inattentive host on check in afternoon could have ended up really badly.

Good place. Great base to reach other areas.

Place was comfy enough and had what we needed for our short stay. Great as a base to visit The Cotswolds and also Cheddar Gorge and Bath. Handy to have the big shopping centre literally on the doorstep when we returned each evening. Could cook meals in the kitchen. Large car parking area for the takeaway chain restaurants that we could park the car in too.

The main road was quite noisy. Lots of sirens. Bathroom smelled stuffy and dank. Maybe the drains?

Very noisy race cars and broken bathroom facilities

The beds were comfortable and seating was good plenty of space for the family for the time spent there.

The noise outside with cars racing around and doing donuts in the car park was very loud. Also the shower head holder was broken and the shower head had been fastened up by using cable ties so was unable to have a shower at all luckily we could bath the kids but the bath is small for a large adult. Also the shower curtain had seen better days was very grubby and could do with been cleaned or replaced. Some areas of the property could do with a freshen up and the blinds in the living room have seen better days.

Lovely apartment, nice attention to detail. Very smart

Literally felt like it was being evicted as accidentally overslept. Cleaner arrived 1 minute after checkout time, made leaving with young children very stressful considering the next guests weren't due for 6 hours

Clean and good location apartment

The apartment was clean and ideally situated for our purpose.

Not easy to locate the keys. Photographs sent were unable to open. Smoke alarm battery failed, so there was a constant sound all the time. A spare could have been made available.

The communication with the owner was excellent, and although there were a couple of teething problems, they were rectified within hours. I was so impressed 😊 It was easy to find, conveniently situated, the bed was REALLY comfy and it had everything I needed

It was a little noisy in the evening due to being close to a main road, but I can honestly say it didn’t keep me up at night, or wake me early, so don’t let that put you off!

Nice stay with family

Good sized rooms, nice apartment, perfect location for us near Cheddar. Well equipped apartment from cleaning and kitchen supplies. The owner was responsive to my messages during my stay.

The bathroom had a weird smell when we arrived, it didn't look deep cleaned and there was half an eyelash on the bathroom floor. The shower spray head was broken, so caused an issue for us and also one of the kitchen cupboards were broken.

Very comfy and well equipped cosy place..

This place has everything you need for a short or long stay, the host provides lots of bits and pieces for everyday living. Very handy for getting around- easy to get into Weston Super Mare, train station a short walk to go to Bristol and Bath or Taunton, and easy access to the M5. Big Morrisons supermarket close by. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished and feels warm, homely and cosy. There’s a nice big new TV, good Wifi, comfy beds, decent kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, iron etc. Host very friendly and good communication. If we need to stay locally, we’ll definitely be back! :-)

Stay here- A lovely little home from home..

Great place to stay- very comfortable, roomy, and spotlessly clean. There are lots of thoughtful extras provided by the host, a very well equipped kitchen, nice smart TV, a good washing machine, comfy beds with good quality bedding and loads of nice little decorative touches making this a real little home from home. We’ll definitely stay here again if we can.

Very nice weekend in a beautiful flat!

The flat was cozy and stylish, had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Location was great. Easy communication with the host. There was shops nearby, and it was close to motor way and train station

Spotlessly clean third floor flat, nicely presented with all you could need for a short or long stay. The beds were so comfortable and the bed linen smelled amazing, better than a Premier Inn.

Cold shower water ruins my trip to Bristol

Perfect place to stay with my 2 sons. Way better than a Travelodge or Premier inn!

Sophia was very helpful and sent photos to help find the keys and messaged to explain where to park. To have Free parking was great! Kitchen was well equipped including coffee machine and capsules. Towels were provided and extra bedding was supplied for the sofa bed. We usually stay at a B&B or hotel when we visit family but will definitely try and book here in future. Recommend very highly.

Frustrating. Poor hosting re access, security concerns, traffic disturbance.

The flat has been tastefully decorated and supplied with a good freezer, fridge and numerous gadgets.

The directions are inadequate and confusing. We drove up from Hungary with no navigational issues, but spent over an hour trying to find the apartment which is behind shops which face on to the big Morrisons' car park which is not reflected in the address or post code. Information about accessing the keys was not available to me before we started out travels. I assumed that the owner would be there to meet us to personally hand over the keys. The "secure place" containing the building access key was not properly defined and we eventually found it 2 days later when we spoke to one of the other flat owners. For reasons none of us could resolve the tv never worked. The noise from the traffic on the main road was constant 24/7 and extremely noticeable during rush hour times.

The apartment was lovely, really clean and welcoming. Loved the interior. We had a great time here.

The second bedroom had no blind or curtain and so it was very light. The hall light was a sensor light and even with the bedroom doors shut it went on and off all night long. Parking information would have been useful. However, maybe that's my mistake for not asking.
