Stunning views, excellent location, spacious apartment.
Just needed a little TLC, some parts needed a good clean especially the terrace. Also some of the amenities were not working .. chiller etc. the smoke alarm battery definitely needs sorting!

A lovely apartment in a great location. The two balconies are fab with brilliant views, and the apartment is spacious and well laid out. Everything is provided that you need (apart from a sharper knife for cooking!) and the restaurants, ski lifts, buses and rest of St Gervais and Le Fayet are all within easy reach.
The entrance hall is very cold and dark - the lights don't come on automatically so it didn't feel very welcoming when we first arrived. The parking underground is very tight and all the spaces have concrete pillars either side. This made parking and getting the car in and out quite a pain and I wouldn't want to have had a really big car to park.
