This characterful property, spread over three levels, features a superb 40 m² terrace facing south-southeast, ideal for enjoying generous sunshine throughout the day.
The chalet offers five spacious rooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, as well as a dormitory that can accommodate four people, also equipped with its own bathroom. The rooms are located on the ground floor and first floor, while the living space and kitchen are on the top floor.
Each level benefits from an independent access to the outside, offering fluid circulation and the possibility of reaching the garden from any floor. To enhance your stay, you will also have a jacuzzi and a sauna, perfect for recharging after a day of walks or hikes.
The village of Bionnassay, a true haven of peace for nature lovers, constitutes the ideal starting point for discovering remarkable places such as Miage, Le Champel, the Voza pass or even the Plan Glacier refuge for the most adventurous.
A few steps from the farm, you can taste the local specialities in the warm inn of Bionnassay, thus prolonging these moments of escape in an authentic atmosphere.
Located equidistant from the ski resorts of Saint-Gervais (7 km), Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce (9 km) and Les Contamines (8 km), the farm allows easy access to these ski areas by car. For the more sporty, it is even possible to reach the Col de Voza by ski touring in order to enjoy the Les Houches ski area.
