Schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick

Schönes Appartement mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Etwas abseits von den Stränden und Restaurants, aber dafür total ruhig gelegen und mit ausreichend Parkplätzen im geschlossenen Hof. Alles super sauber. Wohnzimmer und Küche waren gemütlich eingerichtet und es hat an Ausstattung nichts gefehlt. Beide Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Wir haben nachts kaum Straßenlärm wahrgenommen. Klimaanlagen waren in jedem Zimmer vorhanden. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Ausstattung im Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad ist ziemlich klein.

Gute Wahl, wenn man ein Auto hat & lieber etwas abseits der Strände von oben die Aussicht bevorzugt.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, vorallem Küche (massenhaft Geschirr, Porzellan, Gläser, Küchenutensilien, nagelneue Bratpfannen, Schutzmatten, Besteck) war sehr gut und übertraf alle Wohnungen, die ich die letzten Jahre in dieser Gegend gemietet habe. Sogar teilweise deutsche Markengeräte in der Küche. Es gab auch Zusatzheizkörper (fahrbar) und Heizstrahler im Bad. Besonders hervorzuheben, ich habe in 3 Wochen kein einziges Mal Nachbarn gehört!!! Scheinbar war zu diesem Zeitpunkt niemand anwesend oder gute Bausubstanz des Gebäudes aus 1985. Möbel im Wohnzimmer von guter Qualität und ausserdem gute Deko. Das Sofa hätte ich am liebsten mit nach Hause genommen...Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar.

älterer Samsung TV, leider nicht mehr zeitkonform, da ohne Smart TV kein Streaming möglich. Filterkaffeemaschine anstatt Kapselmaschine. Keine Auflagekissen für die Stühle auf der Terrasse. Schwacher Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Strasse sehr nahe zum Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Bad war etwas klein.
