Nice location couldn't ask for more.

Caravan very tired, some lights didn't work, creaky floor, doors difficult to open and close due to thick carpet, (needs a bit taken off the bottom of the doors. At least 3 of them). Smelt very doggy, especially the sofa. Shower room too big could have had a sink in it, sink in toilet too small, toilet room too small altogether. Nice fridge freezer but the freezer outer door not attached to the inner ! A bit over blingy for us, definitely of its age, 2002?? Site very small but suited us, no club house or facilities which we didn't want anyway. Weather stupidly hot, caravan like an oven over 35 degrees during the day, but can't really help that.

Good location close to the beach. Ten minutes walk into Hunstanton. Very quiet small site so little noise. 3 bedrooms and the lounge sofas were big enough to seat us all. Heating and shower were good Great price to a bank holiday weekend

A little dated but good value for money. The toilet is very small so not suitable for anyone a little larger or with mobility issues May have benefited from a few extras. Hairdryer, a few games, jigsaws, etc. internet signal is not good however this seemed to be all over Hunstanton
