Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der absolute Hit war der teils überdachte Innenhof. Einfach wunderbar . Auch die Gastgeberin und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Beautiful and very atmospheric accommodation in a perfect location. The apartment has a wonderful historic character and is just a short walk from the promenade, shops and restaurants. The beach is approximately 800 metres away. There is some music from the surrounding area in the evenings, but this did not bother us at all. Federica was very kind, helpful and always responded quickly to our messages.

Unfortunately, considering the price, we were quite disappointed with the accommodation. The apartment itself is beautiful, but it feels as though there has been very little investment in maintenance or improvements since it was originally furnished. The biggest problem for us was the mosquitoes. During one night, we each got around 40 mosquito bites. We tried repellents, plug-in mosquito repellents and other solutions, but unfortunately nothing helped. As the apartment is also very hot and there is no air conditioning, we needed to keep the windows open. We therefore think that installing mosquito screens on the windows would be a very worthwhile investment. We understand that this year’s heatwave may have made the situation worse, but air conditioning and mosquito screens would make a significant difference to the comfort of the stay. There was also quite a strong smell of sewage coming from the drainage in the courtyard. As for the smaller details, we would have appreciated some basic, clean supplies for washing the dishes. The sponge was already used, the washing-up liquid was almost empty, and the soap in the bathroom was also already partially used. The location and the historic character of the apartment are genuinely lovely, but considering the price we paid, we expected a higher level of comfort and more attention to the maintenance of the property.
