This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed this year so far.
- The staff were fantastic: welcoming, helpful and fun.
- The breakfast is great and is worth the money.
- The room was very well equipped, fresh and with fantastic amenities: double shower, a lot of storage room, a Nespresso coffee machine and large fluffy towels.
- the Spa was also amazing.
We were very impressed!

The location was excellent and the facilities were impressive. The staff were very motivated to be helpful
Our room was very small and the bed wasn’t great. The smoke alarm flashes blue all night and the air conditioning turned on and off in an annoying way.

The staff was just wonderful and so helpful. The breakfast was beyond belief. Made to order and a buffet that was just over the top! We used the spa and it was divine. The rooms are high-tech. The entire facility was exquisite. And best of all, it's close to all you need. The restaurants, city center, the sea, Venetian Fortress, museums, and even the hop on hop off bus are all within walking distance. Truly top notch!
Would have preferred a warmer hot tub at the spa. We really have no complaints!

Breakfast was simple and OK. Location is good
Had cash stolen from 'private' locker in Hotel Spa Area after setting up private locker code and ensuring the locker door was LOCKED. Management said only staff can open the locker using a 'staff only' special code. Can't recommend using the spa after my experience.
