Nice smell on every floor and in rooms, tasty breakfast, friendly staff.
Limited sunbeds next to pool and pool was too small. You have 2 hours of spa included in your stay, but you can only use heated pool (which was cold) and tiny jacuzzi which was occupied for all 1.5 hours we spent there. Use of sauna or steam room requires reservation and is extra 30€ cost, which is strange to me.

There was NOTHING not to like. It was perfection! From the moment we entered to the reception area. We were welcomed with a big smile and it really felt a genuine nice smile. Her name was Chrysa I believe. She did the classic check in things but she has such a good energy I loved it straight away! Big up to her! We were early so we were allowed to use the facilities - pool roof top bar etc.
Breakfast was great too! Everyone working there was so attentive.
Young guy at the roof top being so polite and preparing drinks with attention.
Next day at the pool bar I asked for a Freddo cappuccino with a scoop of ice cream which made the bartenders laugh. But they made it. And kept on checking it tasted alright because they had never been asked that drink before. It was just a great atmosphere all the time.
We also used the spa area and it was perfect to chill for an hour.
Nothing. It was all perfect.
I don’t often write reviews when it’s 10/10 because I never take the time but this place was amazing but also the staff working there made it very special.

Everything was great -- staff, service, location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast. Would stay here again.
A 'no breakfast' option (in the cost/booking of the room) would be nice -- for those who don't want such a huge meal so early :)

Breakfast was simple and OK. Location is good
Had cash stolen from 'private' locker in Hotel Spa Area after setting up private locker code and ensuring the locker door was LOCKED. Management said only staff can open the locker using a 'staff only' special code. Can't recommend using the spa after my experience.
