Everyone were so good at there customer service
The food was amazing as always and the waiters were fab !

Room & bathroom was a good size, spa bath and Japanese toilet were a very good addition. Breakfast was really good and service was good.
Audio prompts on tv were extremely annoying and couldn’t turn them off. Also quite disappointed the champagne wasn’t in the room waiting for us like we were told it would be on arrival and had to mention it to the guy once we arrived in the room. Also we were told we couldn’t reserve a table in the pub just for drinks. I think that should be acceptable while spending nearly £300 for a one night stay.
