there was an issue about the toilet which it can't be fixed and therefore we suffered for certain time. The staffs there were really helpful which they help to change the room afterwards.

Good facilities

Too many flights of stairs no lift

Suite was a really large room with 2 king beds. Largest shower room. Also a kitchenette.

Breakfast was expensive so ate breakfast outside of the hotel. Excellent location on the seafront

Rooms look cosy

I’m currently awake in the room which is known as ‘The Hive’ and there is a loud buzzing noise like a fan or generator that keeps going off every 2.5 minutes. I’ve to get up at 5am to get ready for the ferry departing at 7am and I am exhausted. The flights of stairs and numerous doors I won’t miss. I didn’t get the room I booked which was the quad room (2 dbls) and they said they were fully booked. Lying here awake all night I’m even more annoyed I didn’t insist on getting the room I originally booked. My mum of 81 was placed with us in The Hive originally but I had to insist she was moved to a lower floor as the stairs were exhausting for her. Breakfast: no butter out. Running out of food and waiting for them to cook it (buffet style). The scrambled eggs had either egg plant in it or mushrooms. I can’t tell which. Couldn’t eat it. No towels in room. I will never be back here.
