    The location is great, quiet neighborhood with lot of greenery, the staff extremely helpful and polite, the treat my wife and I took were good, effective and relaxing, the doctors very helpful, rooms are clean, the property maintains good level of cleanliness and hygiene, the only area where I believe some improvement required is with the lunch and dinner menu, vegetarian meals are great if we have the right combination and proper preparation, the combination were off, veg pulao and kerala thora or Kerala currybas an example, simple food is welcome but the right combination and preparation need to be looked into, the lunch and dinner was not as appetizing as the breakfast or the evening tea and snacks, otherwise get place to relax and rejenuvate, we did not take the package instead went for customized based on doctor recommendation

    The food served in the buffet was in a chilled manner. My husband and myself both are infected with typhoid after staying here and we believe it's bcoz of the chill food. Other than that location and staff, cleanliness was good.
