Very quiet, very clean, right on the periyar river, simple but nicely cook food following Ayurvedic principles, friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to suggest out of the way temples and places to visit that were off the beaten track.

1. Excellent staff - very helpful and caring
2. Excellent location - peaceful and serene- not crowded
1. Cleanliness - the bed linen had stains on it
2. The mattress was quite old and was quite hard on the body
3. Despite booking a double bed - was given two single beds joined together and was moving apart in the middle
