Le Jardin Secret ConciergerieDameCarcas

Communications from the host were absolutely perfect - clear, informative and well timed. The location of the apartment is perfect for visiting both the Cite de Carcassonne and La Bastide Saint-Louis. We stayed in the ground level apartment, which was locked behind two separate doors so felt very secure. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped with a full fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, toaster and Nespresso pod coffee machine. Also well equipped with cooking and serving utensils. Both bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We slept in the bedroom at the rear of the property and it was quiet, dark and the bed is one of the most comfortable that I have slept in, with a very supportive mattress. The shower is excellent and while we didn't need to use it, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. In the living room, the television has access to streaming services and a HDMI connector for your own devices. The Wi-Fi service was perfect for our needs. I would absolutely recommend this property to my friends and family.

There was genuinely nothing I could really fault. If I was being super picky, I'd like a couple of extra pillows for the beds as we used both beds worth of pillows during our stay to lift our heads up a little more. However, this is entirely personal preference and is no issue with the property.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location couldn’t have been better — the airport shuttle bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, the town square around 5 minutes, and fantastic restaurants are right on the doorstep. We had the amazing 6-course tasting menu at Agape, just 3 minutes away, and a delicious 3-course lunch at the restaurant opposite the shuttle stop. The house itself is beautifully thought out and exceptionally well equipped. We cooked most evenings and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, including plenty of utensils, pans and a great dishwasher. The beds were super comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and the private courtyard garden was a real bonus. We loved using the outdoor pool every day. Despite the square outside being quite busy, the house was wonderfully quiet. We chose the back bedroom and loved leaving the door open at night and listening to the birds. The shower was powerful, the little toiletries were a lovely touch, and the Smart TV was great. The entry system and instructions were simple and very easy to follow. We’ve visited Carcassonne several times and it was wonderful to have such a lovely, comfortable house to come back to and relax in with a few glasses of wine. Even our guided Resistance tour with Paul finished almost directly opposite the house in Gambetta Square!

Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect and we would happily stay here again.

An absolute gem..perfect location, clean & modern with everything you need including plenty of coffee pods for morning coffee in the courtyard. Bed in back bedroom really comfortable and a quiet room. The owner provided all necessary info in timely & friendly texts… would not hesitate to recommend
