The apartment was perfectly located for access to La Citi and the new town and had a lovely park area opposite. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean with lots of thoughtful extras & facilities. The private outside area is a real bonus. Communication with the host was very good and we would definitely stay again if/when we visit Carcassone.
Nothing not to like but new solar or electric mains outdoor lighting would create a lovely ambiance to sit outside later in the evening. But that is just a personal recommendation not a criticism of the property.

Great location for both parts of the city. The airport bus drops off near the apartment but unfortunately we didn’t know that in advance.
There were no instructions in the apartment. We couldn’t get the heating to work or find info like the WiFi password. It would have been good to have some specific local info( although there were lots of brochures) We used the back bedroom which was lovely but the front is onto the street so dark as the shutters need to be kept shut.
