Proximité Centre ville, Climatisation, Salle de bains, restaurants a moins de 200 mètres a pieds; Calme dans l'immeuble.
Prévoir le remplacement de la Cafetière Prévenir les clients que les petits dejeûners sont constitués de gateaux en sachets. Il faudrait ajouter un lexique des restaurants a proximité , conseillé par le propriétaire....

Localização, funcionalidades, espaço, banho bom, cama boa.
Ponto 1 - Entendi que haveria café da manhã servido e não somente um armário com: biscoitos amanteigados, sucrilhos, bolinho Ana Maria, leite e suco. Pra mim o café da manhã é importante e não junk food, então deixou a desejar nesse sentido. Ponto 2 - bem barulhento à noite pois a galera caminha pela rua à noite bem animada, você escuta tudinho…
