First, the ocean view is stunning. Second, the sound of the ocean is perfect! Third, Alfonso is a very attentive host. Fourth, the coffee maker is a very nice touch. Fifth, Alfonso highly recommended Francisco & Co. restaurant that is not far away and well worth walking too! Also take away pizza from Don Giovanni’s is great!

Apartamento fantástico. Reservamos una habitación con baño privado; la cocina es compartida, pero tiene todo lo necesario para preparar comida o cena: utensilios, horno y nevera.
Alfonso nos dejó muffins, waffles, galletas, zumo, leche, café y té para el desayuno, un detalle que se agradece mucho. En la habitación también había una mini nevera y cafetera.
Lo mejor, sin duda, son las vistas: se ve el Monte Vesubio, el mar, el paseo marítimo del pueblo y la isla de Isquia.
El edificio tiene recinto cerrado y se puede aparcar dentro por 10 € al día, lo cual es muy cómodo si se viaja en coche.
Alfonso estuvo muy atento en todo momento y respondió enseguida a cualquier duda o pregunta. También nos recomendó sitios para visitar y para comer.

We loved the sound of the sea and the proximity to everything. Alfonso was a great host and helpful with additional information.
This has nothing to do with the property, but there was heavy equipment building breakwater barriers which was a little noisy, but it didn’t start until after 8:00 am so it wasn’t too bad. The AC in the kitchen wasn’t working which was only an issue the first day as it was very warm that day.
