The customer service was excellent. Gaetano was so kind, helpful and available for questions. Our room was spacious and clean and had the most incredible view. Don’t judge a book by its cover from the outside of the building because the inside of the suite is so beautiful. The bathroom is also very large and the lighting was great. Great location and walking distance to everything you could need. The smart tv was also really nice to have.
If we had to choose one thing we would say the bed was way too firm for our liking. BUT the bedding was clean and comfortable to sleep on and the pillows were also good.

The room was very clean. There was showergel, towels, linen, cold drinks in the fridge and a kettle. Beautiful location.
The entrance was round the back. We could not find any sign that we were in the correct place. We went in up the left hand stairs (2 flights) and then had to come back down again as the flat is on the right! However, the owner did answer our messages promptly and helped us find it.
