About this house rental
Your house is located on a quiet col de saque type of street, with wonderful neighbors, bus station 5 minutes away, gym, coffee shops, restaurants and beauty salons only 10 minutes away, as well as the lovely Juanita Beach Park where you can walk, bike or take a short car ride.
Close to the main street that goes both to Totem Lake Village and Evergreen Hospital, just 6 minutes drive, your house is the best place to be during your leisure time or when you need to be here to take care of your health.
Whatever the purpose be, we will do our best for you to have a pleasant stay! Full disclosure: We do not use weed killers , therefore, our backyard is kind of wild, but a nice wild :) NO PETS ALLOWED DUE TO ALLERGIES

So welcoming! The host was super responsive and helpful at answering my many questions before and after we booked and after we checked in. The cozy house served our needs really well. Very accommodating. Well functioning dishwasher, Keureg coffee maker, microwave, etc, etc. Plenty of dishes and utensils and such for the 4 of us, but because we were in Kirkland for Thanksgiving, we needed a few atypical kitchen items and the host very kindly offered to bring over a few “extra” kitchen items that we requested. Beds were comfy. Heating worked very well (we are from the south and were worried about being cold, but it was great!). An added blessing is that the farewell instructions were very simple and straightforward. And another bonus is that we were able to ride from the airport on the Link to the 255 bus to the corner of 124th and walk a block and a half to get there. No need to rent a car. We walked to Safeway and ubered back to the house. Great week!

Cozy House turned out to be in a great location close enough to the beach area and our son’s place, both were a short walk from there. It was clean and comfortable and the air conditioner came in very handy on the couple of days that the temperature shot up to around 30’C. We will definitely stay there on next visit. Diana our host was most helpful and quickly responded to my questions and communications. Our thanks and appreciation for the accommodation and hosts.
