Apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people.



Located at the end of the Sables d'Olonne embankment in a residence with a lift, you can do everything on foot!

Bright apartment, living room offering a clear view of the Great beach, equipped with a convertible sofa bed in 140, a coffee table, a TV, a table and 6 chairs.

Functional closed kitchen fully equipped, kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker… And a washing machine.

On the sleeping side, you will find a bedroom with a 140 bed and plenty of storage.

The second bedroom offers two 90 beds, spacious, you can put a cot there if necessary.

Bathroom composed of a bathtub, a sink, a storage unit, hairdryer, as well as a separate WC.

External balcony facing due south! Equipped with deckchairs and armchairs.

🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
