About this apartment rental
Flat of 3 rooms, on the 1st floor of a luxurious residence of 2 floors, for its situation. You can park your car in our individual and private GARAGE inside the residence, without having to use it during your stay. Everything is within walking distance: the city center, the beach, the embankment (bars and restaurants), the swimming pool, the harbor (bars and restaurants) and the tourist office.
2 bicycles are at your disposal. Local bike in the residence.
The apartment has been classified by the Vendée Tourist Office: 3 stars for 4 people (July 2017).
The living room is bright by the large bay. The TERRACE, which is equipped with garden furniture and an electric awning, is pleasant with its western exposure. From here you have a beautiful panorama of the fort, the Tower and the channel: the passage of the ships is pleasant. You are at the forefront of the "Vendée Globe" and the fireworks of July 14.
- 2 rooms and 4 beds: by their exposure side courtyard, the 2 rooms (with locks) are in peace and propitious to the rest. Room number 1 consists of 2 single beds. Room number 2 has a double bed. There is also 1 sofa bed 140 (2 places) very comfortable in the living room.
- The kitchen is equipped with: oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The cutlery and utensils are provided for 6 people: stoves, pans, water glasses, wine glass, champagne flutes, salad spinner, tray, squeezer, pie plate, colanders, hermetic boxes etc
- The bathroom has a bathtub, a washing machine and more (see equipment).
- Toilets are separated.
- The living room has a flat screen TV and more: see equipment.
- Entrance secured by videophone.
- Large closets with wardrobes and shelves in the entrance and bedroom number 1 and many storage.

Nous avons passé 4 jours incroyables aux Sables grâce à l’appartement de Rose.
L’emplacement à 2 pas de la plage (départ et arrivée de l’Ironman), des restaurants et du port était parfait.
Un grand Merci à Rose pour ses cadeaux de bienvenue (les Rillettes sont délicieuses !!) et pour sa gentillesse.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos petits enfants. Merci à Rose pour sa disponibilité et ses petites attentions à l arrivée (brioche et confiture) pour le petit déjeuner, nous avons apprécié.l appartement est bien situé très lumineux et très pratique. (Cerise sur le gâteau un garage fermé, ce qui est vraiment un plus à cette saison.nous ne nous sommes servis de la voiture durant la durée de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet appartement.
