Very comfortable, fully renovated house, 200m from the beach, town center shops, and the port.
On the ground floor, spacious living room (flat screen), fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave), shower room with toilet. Upstairs, bedroom (two 80cm electric beds pushed together) with closet/wardrobe, bedroom with double bed and closet, shower room with toilet.
Mezzanine, bedroom (queen-size bed), wardrobe, shower room with toilet, laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Two separate entrances.
No pets and no smoking. Underground parking available (€60/week) 800 meters away.
Close to bike paths and hiking trails to the Olonne Forest.
