Age Requirement: At least one guest in the party must be 21 years or older.
Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.
Wi-Fi: Please note that the building's Wi-Fi is a shared service, and speed may vary.
Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day. Please note that washcloths are not provided.

The balcony views are spectacular in both directions. And the resort facility offers much. The only negatives about this cute little condo are in the bathroom.

We had an issue with the fridge not working from the first day, it was hot inside, and then all of a sudden it began to work, then the fridge stopped again,for 8 hours straight we lost our food, we contacted to owner and the building personnel came and saw the fridge not working but could not fix it as they are not qualified. Two other people from the building came again when the fridge stopped for the 3rd time and asked the owner to send the repairmen and it was not sent, it was always the building's personnel which they cant do anything to repair. We lost food and went to restaurants. The owner did not compensate any amount to us for this issue, and the owner on the last day told us that they will send a repairman after us leaving on the last day, NOT ACCEPTABLE. We paid for a functional kitchen and it was not the case. Very bad service from the owner.
