Resort Fee (Nightly Charge):
● Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per night
● Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per night
● Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per night
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.
This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
Valet Parking (Optional):
● 1 to 7 days: $35 per night

Condo with nice layout. Elevator took while at peak times but very tolerable. Good workout room but gets bit crowded. Desperately needs new bed linens. Washer used hot water despite cold water setting.

We rented an apartment for 7 nights, but we asked the owner for a more extended stay, plus 2 days. We are residents of Florida, also, and we know this area very well. I don't want to explain about the location, it's the best location ever! You can Google it. I want to say "Thank you so much for hosting". They answer each of my sms, because I asked a lot! I asked for one more blanket and many, many questions, and I got the best communication and help! Overall, I'm thrilled, and I can tell that for the price they charge, I got Queen's House with a fantastic ocean view! It features two bedrooms, a large living room, 3 Smart TVs, and a full kitchen. Very recommended for all ages and personalities. Thank you again!

The balcony and views of the beach and intracoastal waterway were excellent. The host StaySol was also very responsive to our concerns during our stay and assisted promptly when I asked for supplies.Nonetheless the property and unit were quite outdated and not a luxury property. The unit was dingy and needed to be updated. Floors were very scuffed and dirty, furniture worn out, kitchen lacked adequate supplies (i.e. only 1 small pan was available!); linens were threadbare, master bathroom tub had structural cracks on sides and towels provided were threadbare (and only 1 washcloth). The unit was not cleaned thoroughly i.e. toothpicks/floss picks were left on counters in bedroom! I do expect that initial supplies should be stocked to at least start the stay such as tissues and trash bags. Only one trash bag was supplied for a 2 bedroom unit.The staff of this property did not seem friendly nor competent. The front desk did the minimum (i.e. give you your key) and did not provide further info regarding elevators/restaurants/pools etc. The beach chairs and tables were broken and chairs had broken slates. Also FYI the hotel claims that they are unable to hold bags, but again it depends on who you ask i.e. front desk says no but bellman says yes. And when you need to retrieve your bags, the employees couldn't figure out who was responsive for retrieval! I ended up trying to find my luggage on my own.
