The breakfast was good although, very pricey
The staff, particularly at the front desk, were not friendly and borderline rude. We only visited the pool once, a very unpleasant experience. We tried to place our towels on two chairs (not a cabana, or anything special) and an attendant promptly told us the green chairs were reserved for the owners. We explained that in addition to the fact that all of the "brown" chairs were taken, we were renting from an owner. She said did not matter. This was after spending over $200.00 at the pool bar for lunch. We felt like 2nd class guests, they made us feel unwelcome, and we did not return to the pool. As a side note, we also offered to pay for the use of a cabana and were told, again, only for owners.
