The room was excellent. Suited our group of 6 adults, my spouse and I and 4 teenagers perfectly. The reviews on a well-known review platform had me very nervous but all in all this is a good place. Elevators are a little frustrating but we were in room 1203, so it was not too bad. We did use the stairs when going to pool on 9th floor when it was going to be a long wait. The beach was crowded but it was still nice. We always were able to get chairs at the pool but they do not allow you to bring snacks or your own drinks in that area. That was a little frustrating because sometimes you just want to snack on chips or something that is not on the menu…plus with teenagers that are always hungry! Therefore, we ended spending more time at the beach rather than the pool. Plus, toes in the sand is always nice! Anyways, all in all the resort is clean and the room was nice. The host was easy to communicate with and was helpful with questions when needed. We enjoyed our stay and the warm weather!
