The apartment was very average though it was great space if you have a family or lots of people. Building is extremely short of elevators so the wait time could be as long as 20 minutes. However, the beach access and both the restaurant in the building, as well as the Japanese restaurant on the beach are exceptional And the roof deck pool is also quite nice. The overall management of the building is also fair. The host was not the issue.
