Location was great! Beach was wonderful, room was perfect, loved the balcony. Kids had an adventure. HUGE CAVIOT: the entire building lacks a proper number of elevators. During our stay, one of the elevators was out of service, forcing most guests to wait sometimes up to 45 minutes just for an elevator to hit their floor. On multiple occasions, we just took the stairs, 27 flights down carrying a five-year-old. Complaining to our Uber driver, he mentioned that the building was notorious for this problem and has heard our story many times.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Lighting in the bathrooms consisted of two small can lights. Very dark especially when shaving and applying make up. Easy check in and out. The only issue was the master bathroom. The toilet would not flush. Maintenance could not repair. So a two bedroom two bath unit was decreased to two bedroom one bath. Very inconvenient for adults.

Spacious 2 bed and 2 bath unit with large living room. The unit is quite spacious. The balcony space is fantastic. The building staff is helpful. Check ins for VRBO customers are handled by the concierge at the desk furthered to the right. Our host let us know everything we needed to know. Great communication. The pool is perfect. It may be time to consider replacing carpet. We will return.
