Tucked away near the peaceful hamlet of Dulnain Bridge, Rivercroft is a striking, architect-designed home built on the grounds of the original family croft. Blending contemporary design with natural materials, this stylish escape offers floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the sweeping views of the surrounding Highland countryside, a view you'll never tire of.
Inside, the home is thoughtfully laid out for both relaxation and adventure. The ground-floor master bedroom enjoys access to a Jack and Jill bathroom, ideal for privacy and convenience. A spacious boot room ensures there's plenty of space for muddy boots, wet coats, or outdoor gear after a day exploring the Cairngorms.
A fabulous glass balustrade staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find a light-filled twin bedroom , a peaceful double bedroom and a family shower room set between them, perfect for families or friends travelling together.

Very nice and comfortable cottage on a nice location. A perfect place to explore the Cairncorms. Its a very good place to calm down from busy working life. The hottub is so relaxing. Unfortenately the bridge on the road is closed so you can only reach the cottage from Carrbridge.

Beautiful lodge .Spotlessly clean and very well equipped for a self catering holiday.
Dogs loved the very large wrap around garden.
Awesome hot tub.
Road closure didnt cause us too much bother but considering the bridge has been closed since December it would have been good to get more than a weeks notice of closure .

I highly recommend staying at this beautiful place. It was so welcoming and cozy. Everything was well appointed and homey. The drive was challenging because the easy access way of the bridge was closed. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Thank you!

On arrival met the pleasant owners who were busy clearing weeds and mowing lawn. They left shortly after. Fridge held together with tape and freezer compartment dirty. The whole accommodation is in need of a thorough clean, skirting very dirty as was radiator in kitchen. The hot tub lid is all frayed and outside rubber mat was filthy which we cleaned. Windows need cleaning and builders arrived at next door plot at 8.30 each morning which we weren’t told about. Didn’t obscure view but they are using digger and heavy builder work so detracts from peace and quiet.
The property is spacious, but needs some tender loving care. Not 5 star accommodation.
Three cars were in our party, all got lost with postcode given as it covers wide area. Taken down tractor tracks. Suggest ‘what three words’ is a must.
