"La Casa di là sul mare"—a modern apartment on the cliffs with a reserved parking space—is located in Stazzo, a small seaside village just a few kilometers from Acireale, halfway between Taormina and Catania, on a unique stretch of coastline.
Located within a small residence, “La Casa di là sul mare” is a delightful apartment with a spacious courtyard equipped with every comfort, featuring modern and sophisticated interiors enhanced by details of authentic charm: a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room, a TV lounge with a double sofa bed, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, a hallway, and a laundry room.
The home features air conditioning in all rooms, ceiling fans (including outdoors), and high-speed internet to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay.
For our guests’ relaxation, the outdoor areas are equipped with everything you need: a shower, a furnished garden, and a spacious porch. Just a few steps separate you from a breathtaking view of the blue Mediterranean; from the private terrace, you can access the cliff and reach the sea from there.
1. All guests must present a valid ID as required by Italian authorities.
2. A tourist tax of €1 per person per night applies for the first 5 nights. Children under 14 are exempt.
Parking and internet access are free.
Check-in is available until 8:00 PM.
Late check-in must be arranged and confirmed with the owner, and a surcharge will be charged and paid on-site.
A crib for a child weighing up to 25 kg is available upon request for €10 per night.
A change of sheets and towels is available for a fee of €20.
