Our stay at this hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, offering stunning surroundings and easy access to everything we wanted to explore. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, always greeting us with a smile and happy to help with anything we needed. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a truly relaxing getaway.

What gorgeous accommodation and the most lovely staff. We couldn't have asked for more. Lella and her team were super kind and went above and beyond with service, recommendations and if we had an need or query they were there in person or via WhatApp to help us. They really do take service to another level compared to larger accommodation, making our stay super relaxed and pampered. When we arrived, Lella WhatsApp'd us a couple of ours before our arrival to check everything was okay and as it was a late arrival would we like her to arrange pizza delivery to our apartment. She was there to greet us immediately when we arrived by car and told us everyhting we needed to know. They set up the BBQ for us (which we used most nights) and brought us excellent drinks and snacks poolside. Breakfast each morning was great and a lovely setting in the middle of the site. The accommodation is set in a lemon grove and the apartments feel nice and private with the lush greenry surrounding them. We'll highly recommed this place to friends when we rave about Sicily. Choosing this accommodation really enhanced our trip and it is located in a great position to explore the full east coast on day trips. Thanks again to Lella and all the team! x

Our stay at Virdamuri - Etna Country Resort this March was absolutely wonderful, and we truly couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. This charming, family-run resort is a hidden gem in Giarre, offering the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. The apartments themselves are beautiful and brand new, designed with a lot of care. We found them to be exceptionally well-equipped; the facilities include everything you need to do your own cooking, which we made use of and really appreciated. Every morning, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast that was the perfect start to our day of exploring. The location was ideal for us. It is situated in a very quiet area that feels tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet it serves as a perfect hub for visiting all the nearby sites. If you have a rental car, it is the perfect spot from which to reach all the major attractions on this part of the island. What truly made our stay special, however, was the incredible service. The owner is such a kind, helpful, and communicative person. She went out of her way to assist us, and her English is excellent, so there were no communication barriers whatsoever. It is clear that this is a dedicated family business that cares about its guests. We highly recommend Virdamuri to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home base in Sicily!

Without a doubt, this was the best place we stayed in Sicily. It is a beautiful and peaceful complex surrounded by citrus trees with the best oranges we tasted. Even though we were the only guests during the off-season, the property was maintained to a very high standard, with meticulous landscaping and a clean pool area. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, tastefully designed, and equipped with everything you need. Lella is a wonderful host—she upgraded our apartment without us even asking, so we enjoyed an incredible view of Mount Etna right from our balcony. She was happy to help us plan our trip and provided excellent recommendations, offering assistance even before we asked—whether it was arranging a baby chair for our daughter in the apartment or helping us pay a traffic fine. Even though we were the only guests, breakfast was excellent—varied, fresh, and abundant.
