About this villa rental
In the commune of Saint Paul de Vence and 10 minutes from the beaches of Cagnes sur mer, 36m2 F1 apartment at the bottom of a small house in a hilltop estate, 1.5 km from the village center. The apartment is located at the entrance to the estate, the first house on the right with its own entrance just after the access gate. It's very quiet, as only residents move around the estate, which comprises just 9 houses. You can enjoy the outside communal areas: the estate has a large swimming pool and terrace accessible all year round, with swimming possible from April to October, and offering panoramic views over the valley to the sea, and over the ramparts of St Paul de Vence from the pool. Deckchairs and sun loungers provided by the pool. You can walk around the estate, which is enclosed and secure, and enjoy a bench between the trees and shrubs in the communal areas near the house, accessible by a staircase beside the well, to which you can add the deckchairs provided.
Free parking inside the estate, accessed via a code gate.
Sleeping accommodation: 160cm bed and convertible BZ sofa. Ideal for two adults and one or two children. Linen provided and set up. Baby equipment available free of charge on request. Ecological approach: all products are organic or ecological and hypoallergenic. Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
