About this house rental
You’ll enjoy your own small cottage with a garden and outdoor sauna in a quiet yet central location.
The large kitchen is modern and fully equipped, so no culinary desires will go unfulfilled.
The vacation home is adjacent to our residence. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to the city center. There is a small farm next door.
Numerous shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
The accommodation has its own entrance and two floors, which are connected by a staircase (no elevator; child safety features are in place).
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a box-spring bed (160 x 200), a bathroom with natural light, and a spacious kitchen with a dining area.
Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and an extra bed (90 x 200), as well as the living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa (box spring bed, 160 x 200 cm).
Thus, the apartment can accommodate up to six people in total. If needed, we can provide a travel crib for babies and toddlers. Additionally, the apartment features a furnished terrace on the southwest side with a small garden where a grill awaits you.
There is a private sauna in the garden. The wellness package for €19 per person includes a bathrobe, towel, and final cleaning.
The house is of very high quality and fully equipped so that you won’t lack for anything during your stay. Among other things, the spacious kitchen-diner features a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker (filter + Nespresso/capsule), microwave, egg cooker, toaster, induction stove, oven with core temperature monitoring, and, of course, plenty of cutlery and dishes for all guests. For children, there is a high chair and children’s cutlery. In addition, the kitchen offers everything you need to cook for yourself just like at home. All kitchen utensils are regularly inspected and replaced.
Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality mattresses and a modern TV, ensuring you’ll sleep very comfortably here. The internet connection is very fast at 250 Mbit, and Wi-Fi is available in every room. Two of the three TVs offer apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime and are connected to the internet.
The staircase connecting the two floors can be fitted with a stair gate, ensuring that even our youngest guests can move around the house safely.
The bathroom has been modernized and equipped with a glass shower enclosure. A washer-dryer combo is also available free of charge, so you don’t have to bring a huge amount of clothes.
Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge for guests. In addition, a starter pack is provided:
+ Dish towels and dish sponge
+ Dish soap
+ Soap
+ Toilet paper
+ Dishwasher tabs
+ Ground coffee, coffee capsules, and coffee filters
+ A selection of tea
